That sounds pretty easy.  LOL  I wish. But it is the truth.

Key is finding an exercise you really like. Mine was biking. Couldn't wait to get home and do it, even after a 12 hr day walking.....I lost about 23 lbs in a month, and kept it off for over a year, until I got whanged and couldn't bike anymore. I was eating a lot of salads and my usual chicken, fish and pork and lean beef. I very rarely eat pasta, and only 2-3 slices of bread a day. Also don't eat taters much, none in the summer. Just baked in the winter or mashed. Plus I never snack on chips or anything, except small amounts of nuts. I think all that helps a lot.

I read up on 'em...some interesting stuff. Says they can cause tummy issues...but in two people at same time? Doubtful I think....

I think it had more to do with the oat fiber.
We both had bloating and digestive issues.
I was the one who had the more aggressive reaction.
But, when you start a keto diet, you can get, what they call the "keto flu" and I believe that is what I was experiencing.  :puke:

Good article Rebs.  Sounds interesting but I am kind of afraid of them now.  Hope to hear from RH on the other noodles he is talking about.

I'm melding a 3 lb ALDI half pork loin in concentrated apple juice and rosemary for the crack pot tomorrow. Picked up 2 Granny smith apples that will be sliced and laid around it, with yellow onions and topped with cinnamon apple sauce for Reb's apple Roast.
 Mmm mmm good.

RH that looks fantastic.  I may be moving to Andover to be near you and the nudist club.  I love prime rib.  The wife doesn't know about this yet so noone tell her until I talk her into it.

Hey Glenn!! Didja see the interview with that guy that survived 20 days in Alaska when his cabin burned down? Said he ate a lot of pineapple, which he's really allergic to, but did it anyway!   Uh....if yer living up there alone, and get yer own food, why would you stock up on something yer allergic to?
