Was wondering too after my last trip thru the local grocery store if they had some frozen bread dough in particular wheat or whole wheat. The bread including hamburger and hot dog buns was gone. We always have an extra loaf in the freezer but that won't last forever. Think I've seen them but finding bread pans around this house might be the challenge.

flour water yeast salt.   sugar, butter etc optional.   If you don't have yeast make pita or tortillas.  Pans?  use cake pans, whatever you have.

My Mom was an excellent bread baker & made fantastic carmel rolls. I could probably make it from scratch if I had to. Lots of cookbooks. A day like today might've worked but if it's not raining, my focus is working outside. I have trees to cut, pruning to do, animals to move & sort, pasture fence at the neighbors to fix & the list goes on. Looks like I might get caught up on some of the stuff three short falls in a row have left on my plate. Not to mention what comes up besides an hour of chores twice a day. Had to catch & blast a ram with antibiotic tonite after chores. Sumbitch has me by about 50 lbs. w/4 wheel drive. Dragged me around pretty good until I got him in a sleeper hold. Ornery bastage or words to that effect.

I am going to complete the potato salad program today.  Also I am going to make some stuffed meatloaf.  Using pork and beef.  Will put onions, mushrooms, cheese etc inside of it.  Will be a 3 lber.  Lots of leftovers.
