We are just about done picking asparagus.  Here is an asparagus, shrimp, mushrooms and garlic in Alfredo sauce on extra wide egg noodles.  Luscious.

well I did fish 2 ways tonight, one baked in the oven and the other was poor mans lobster style....  boiled up in Mt Dew and covered in butter!!!  and Alpine seasoning on the baked ones and lemon pepper on the boiled ones...  very little left overs!!!   :happy1:
