I made sauerkraut a couple of years ago and we talked about it.  Turned out great too.  The second time it wasn't as good.  I would like to try it again.  Made 4 qt jars.

I've never made on Mike but it sounds great.  My Mom used to make a great shrimp dip.  I make a mean Tuna Salad.  I sometimes do a double batch which is really too big.  But I use 4 cans of tuna in it along with eggs, cheese, celery etc.  Can eat is as a meal pretty much.  Eating some right now.

Or do you have color issues like Gunner. :laughroll: :laughroll: :laughroll:

Momma made this thing called dump and bake. Bowtie noodles, marinara sauce, Italian meatballs, mozzarella cheese, and added some garlic.

Like it's called, dump everything but the cheese in a cake pan and bake. Add cheese later. We used simeks  Italian meatballs.
