Dang that looks great leech! Yours does too Glenn.  Nuttin special here, been awhile since we did pizza burglars.  Some have green olives so I'm guessing Glenn would run like the wind..  :bonk:  :happy1:

WHAT????  Home made pizza burgers?  That sounds great.  Used to get them from Schwanns and they quit them years ago.

We found some New York steaks sliced to about 1/16” at Costco. Pan fried for about 15 seconds per side. Placed on a grilled hoagie type bun from a Vietnamese bakery with a slice of Swiss cheese. Dipped in a au jus that my wife came up with using some Sonoma glacé and spices. Terrific. Not hungry right now, but looking forward to leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.

Pretty easy, can either toast the English muffin first or broil.  Sauce, seasoning and whatever fixings you want and back in the broiler.

We generally use pre cooked Jimmy Dean sausage,  but any meat will work.

Texacan pizzas tonight.  Bottom was a crispy tortilla with retried beans, taco meat , onion and cheese topped with soft tortilla more cheese, sauce . Garnished with cilantro and serranos... poor toilet.

Stopped by my local butcher shop for they're house special hand/home made "meat loaf" "note to self, don't grocery shop w/o your cheater's...

What I thought was they're meat loaf as they used the same tin foil small bread pan...turn out to be braut/cheeder loaf, they put one over on me put that baby on the charcoal webber with hickory and cherry wood for smoke, was ready for a hot meat loaf sammie, somewhat dissapointed but this sausage loaf was pretty good, salty but tasty.Might go over bigtime in deer camp with a few cold brews for the crew.

Yesterday I had some of that Avocado Mayo on a Ham and Swiss on bakery bread sandwich.  Was great!  We just had pork/beef burgers.  I slathered a lot of Avocado Mayo on the buns and added a thick slice of Vadalia onion and it too was great.  You really can tell the mayo has a nice different flavor to it.   :happy1: :happy1:

You'll have to get some of that avacodo/chipotle mayo, Barry......

I may try to find a small jar of it somewhere.

I know! Same at Sly-Vee, too. I'm gonna hit ALDI's tomorrow for some fruit, I'll see what it is there...not really sure I'd like it, even though I like guacamole and used to make that.
