You mean a polska keilbaska or a smoked sausage in a ring Glenn?  Then grind it up, or the regular bologna and grind it up.  My Mom used to grind up the cheapest hot dogs she could buy and added some onion, some relish, and sometimes some pieces of cut up cheese.  Times were thin and us kids loved it.

nope a real ring of bologna. I get it at the butcher shop I grew up with. Best bologna and hot dogs I've ever had.

I have some leftover bacon so am thinking about a bacon, onion, cheese omelet this morning.  Mike has inspired me to practice them more and I am getting pretty good at it.  Of course that is a biased opinion and the only one that matters.  LOL

I had a few potatoes that I needed to use..  so I cut them up like I would be making American fries..  put them in a bowl, added olive oil, oregano, basil, course salt and pepper..  tossed them so well blended.  placed them in a foil pack and cooked them in the over til done..  not bad!!  so this morning I took some and put them in the frying pan and a touch of oil.  heated them up, added a couple eggs and cheese and scrambled them..  a good breakfast!!!

I had a couple of pkgs. of meat off the ends of the last rib eye loin I cut up so the wife is going to make stroganoff out of it today.   :sleazy:  Man does that sound good.  Had some walleye fillets last night.  Baked them for 30 minutes with butter smeared on them and some spices.  Sure is easy and tastes great.  Had some veggie medley with it.
