The slices of onion and lemon sounds great!  Will do that the next time.  Well the stroganoff program turned into a beef stew program this morning.  The wife came home with stuff for it so great with me.  We cut up some NY Strips that have been in the freezer for awhile to add to the scraps of ribeye I said I had.  SO we (the wife) browned it whilst I cut up the spuds, carrots, celery, and onions to add to it. She added some of that beef broth paste which works great to it.  And added a can of tomato sauce to it too.  Can't wait.  Oh ya it is all in the crock pot.  Need to do that more often.  Now after the Vikes victory we won't have to cook.

We just got some of it and chicken also.  So much easier than dissolving those square things.  Can add it to anything.
