:rotflmao:Yea no concern at all. these where real potatoes peeled raw and put in with burger onion and a can of vegetable beef and vegetable vegetarian soup.

had a small head of cabbage and have 2 more coming so I'm making a hotdish today, burger, onions, and some tomato soup.  and salt and pepper.. smells good so far!!!

So I decided to make a big Tater Tot hot dish.  I have a bag of frozen O'Brien Hash Browns that I will use instead of tater tots.  I will add a pkg of Lipton onion soup mix to it also.  So anyways in my recipe book the recipe is missing.   I bet someone stole it since it is so good.  LOL Lot's of notes on it.   Have to start over.  Will print a new one out.  This internet is awesome.

I am going to make poached eggs on toast for breakfast.  This is how I am going to do it.

I like poached eggs and invested a few bucks in an egg poaching pan. Sort of like a muffin pan, but round with four pockets for the eggs. Put a half inch of water in a frying pan, put some butter in each of the pockets that you are going to use, put fresh eggs in the pockets, and place the poacher in the pan. Cover the pan and heat the whole thing on the stove. Perfect poached eggs in about three minutes.

I have a counter top egg cooker I use for hard boiling eggs..  I can also do poached so I'll have to try that...

Today's lunch!! 3 eggs lotz of onions and cut up ham with pepper jack cheese. Of course topped off with nature's favorite nectar.

If anyone gets near the little spring lake store they have thee best pepper jack cheese I've ever had. It's creamy and so tasty.

  .   I can assure you there are 3 eggs in it and I can sure as hell assure you there is no cottage cheese or mayo in it.
