We had those bacon wrapped chicken breast bites again and they turned out great!  Baked for 30 minutes.  The chicken was done but not the bacon so I went out and got my propane torch and browned them.  It worked great and only took a few seconds on each one.  The wife was worried but it turned out perfect.  LOL  I want to do jalapeno poppers again too.

One thing i did that kinda works pretty good is to half-cook the bacon in the microwave.

Ya have to watch it close cause bacon dont always cook even.  I keep checking every 30-40 seconds or so, and take each piece out while they are close, cause if they start to crisp up, you cant wrap them.
