We had pablanos stuffed with italian sausage and onions and cheese last night.  First time we had them and they are great.  Not much heat but you can chew the peppers and they taste great.

ok i got a question.......i have one of them corned beef thingys. i want to use it strictly for ruebens......can i slice it thin with my meat slicer then cook it till tender then use it in sammiches......if so how long in say a slow cooker.

I just do them whole in the crock pot on low for 8 or so hours, cool down and slice with my knife....   
a bad day of fishing is still better than a good day at work!!

May want to partially freeze it after you cook it.  If you just slice it and fry it I think it will be tough as shoe leather.  Hence Mikes cook on low for 10 hours.

I did mine on the stove per the directions took about 3 hours. Turned out great, I think if you let it cool well you could try running it through a slicer. I would not slice it first, I think it would end up dry for sure and might be tough. Like the guys told me fat side up get it to boil and simmer low covered keep water to the top of the meat.

I've seen them but never tried one.  Wasn't brave enough.  I do like the ones with vinegar on them though.

Does the package say precooked or uncooked? If it's precooked, slice it up when cold, pull out a few slices when making a Sam and mic it for a few seconds so it doesn't turn into shoe leather. Enjoy.
