Stroganoff and lasagna are both a couple of my favorite meals.  I like black olives but like you said Leech they do kind of taste like dirt.  LOL Mild dirt.  LOL

Them's the ones to get mikey! Was never a big fan of the free range thing especially after watching the hens work over a cow pie! But, if the hens are kept in a decent chicken coop, are well bedded, fed corn, oats, and some layer mash, the eggs are incomparable. Oh, & gotta keep the oyster shell feeder full. Don't want them breaking the eggshells and making a mess for glenn when he interns and picks the eggs!  :rotflmao:

Tonight I made ritz cracker chicken and it's the best yet!! I cooked them at a higher heat and a shorter time and they are perfect! Paired with rice and veggies! 😋😋

In the oven. I slice chicken breasts so they’re smaller and bake for about 18 min at 450 degrees and they were juicy and delicious! 😁 I ended up mixing some of the chicken crumblies into my rice… I’m letting my food touch - what is happening to me! 😅😅😅

Something else to try is getting a meat tenderiser mallet.  put the breasts in a big ziplic bag one at a time and pound them thinner and flat like a cutlet.  Bread them as you did, adjust cooking time as necessary, maybe bake in a wire rack so the bottoms don't get mushy.

I've never gone all the way, but if u go that far, you are almost there to making Chicken Kiev!

That looks pretty good. I'll bet it made the house smell pretty good, too.

Just made my first jerky batch in many years.  Since we got the new slicer I got a top round roast and turned it into jerky.  Pretty darn good.  Will try another recipe next time.  I have another roast in the freezer.
