We make "Crooked Toast" here.  It came from a snowmobile trip to Crooked Lake that had French toast on the menu.   Turns out we had no milk....but we had Baily's.

Tonight I experimented in the kitchen and made taco quesadillas. They turned out great!! 😋😋😋

instead of stuffed peppers I make a pepper hot dish..  the peppers are cut up is all...

Cutting carbs, so there was no rice in the peppers.  Instead, ground beef, browned mushrooms (cooked down), diced, canned tomatoes (well drained), onion, spaghetti sauce, and to replace rice, I found a bag of organic broccoli slaw.  There were a couple of woody bits in the shredded broccoli stems, but overall, it kinda worked.

Sounds good.  Too much rice takes the fun out of it.
