 Hard to tell?? But yes there either Juniper or Cedar berries.Both work the same as a herb/spice. Juniper has a stronger gin flaver. Pick em dry em crush an try on especially some deer meat.Or fish wild game.Its a native American herb/spice

Sure Looks like em.  Also used in Norske game recipes... my favorite it Finnbiff  kind of a stroganoff made of Reindeer (Caribou)..  http://mylittlenorway.com/2010/02/finnbiff-or-reindeer-stew/     Also works great on other Venison.

This last picture you posted looks more like arborvitae or "white cedar".  The one you led off with is a little tough to tell as common juniper has rather sharp pointed ends on their needles like red cedar only common juniper generally is a low growing shrub that may harbor smurfs and such. I am consuming a beverage made from juniper berries presently so that makes me an expert.  :party1:
