when we had the camper i had ALOT of squirrels at my feeders. had 5 feeders with sunflower seeds alone. some where all metal for that reason but i also had 2 that i made out of PVC pipe. the only time they would do any damage to the PVC pipe feeders was when they were empty to the point they couldnt get to the seeds that where on the bottom. as long as they could get to the seed no damage was done. when small game opened, well then they where harvested, not till then!!!!!!

All our feeders are metal reinforced after they chewed the snot out of the cheap plastic ones. Been feeding the fox squirrels ear corn I've gleaned from the fields during soil sampling. The rate some of those little farts are eating it they'll be the size of raccoons! Thinking I should live trap some and turn them loose in Rochester. Imagine the holes they could dig plus Del would need a bigger freezer! :taz:

I've got lots of pellets.

I suppose a guy would get in trouble selling them on craigslist...
