Pheasant breast jerky?

I have a bunch I was thinking of doing up.  What or how would you guys recommend going about it?

I'll trade you a few, iffin yer interested. I've got canadian bacon and a few different types of jerky. I love baked pheasant, there just too rare up this way, other than the rare escapee from somebody that raises a few.

ive.know guys that do.goose in some.kinda.brine then smome it, makes a jerky.

not sure of the brine not, but yu know ill be at red then so you can mbrig all ur pheasant there and ill help ya take cae of it.
