And so in 2017 finding these trophy size fish is pretty slim...UNLESS one has a secret or private late and keeps his mouth shut,but its possible but takes work and dedication~

The rewards are 2nd to none once you connect,back in the late 80's I traveled to nebraska,lured by local reports of giant gills and jumbo perch all of which was true,largest gill iced for me was a 13" bull blue gill @2.8lbs...

Today a guy can stumble unto some untouched waters and still connect with some dandies...

Amazing how big those fish can get without the pressure of a ton of fishing!

My life goal is to own property on a private lake/pond that holds fish like that.... still working on it.
