Viking 2017 season
Well I thought it would be a good time to start a Viking thread again for this year.  Not much has happened and a lot of rumors.  Just announced that the Vikings started their free agent hunt with signing a former 1st round OT from Detroit.  Riley Reiff is slated to be our right guard.  He has played with the Lions his entire career.  More signings to come.  It is said that it is a good possibility that AP may stick with the Vikings for around 4 million [another rumor].  good luck.

another report out there is khalil went to the panthers and will be playing next to his brother.

reiny.........i heard them talking on the radio this morning with Michelle Tafoya, they didnt think the lions would allow him to go to a division rival!! guess they were wrong!!!!!

I think punter is a spot where a lot of teams try to save some cash. :scratch: They can usually draft 1 or sign somebody that was let go for quite a bit less money. Locke was good in Mn though

I also heard on Kfan yesterday morning that the Vikings picked up a punter in Jan. that they like so decided to let Locke go.  Never even heard of the other punter before.

We signed another OT.  Remers it says he was with us in 2013 and 2014.  I wonder if our O coaches knew what they were doing?

Audi Cole has also left the building, going to the Jaguars.  I really liked him but he never became a starter on defense.  Standout on special teams though.  good luck.

Just read that Peterson is visiting with the Seahawks today.  His first visit with any team.  I am thinking he will sign with anyone who offers any type of deal so he can leave here.

A new rumor is that Lacey unfollowed the Packers on Instagram.  He then followed the Vikings.  May mean something.  ???   We couldn't stop him so would like to see how he does for us.
