I don't think his wife put it on him, since a diaper that tiny wouldn't even wrap around an "Elliott Sizzler!"   
Probably kidnapped it from some Walleye pre-school playground when no one was looking!!

I'm sure it bled out rapidly, since most people have more blood in their little finger than boar's fish!!   
However, that only makes sense since most people's little finger is bigger than boar's Walleye!!.
