Or you could sous vide it for 24 hours at 135..... :happy1:

We got a stove and grill several years ago so we were able to graduate from cooking stuff in a bowl on top of the water heater.  :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

'Twas the nite before Thanksgiving, and all thru the house, things were baking and boiling and even being soused; Mrs. Del in her kerchief and Del in his Chef's hat, had just trimmed the roast and removed all the fat... :rotflmao: :rotflmao:


Poor Del, he's definitely.....

My pot roast (chuck arm roast) turned out awesome.  Browned in pan with onions and olive oil then threw in oven  3 lbs take 3 hours.  325  Threw veggies in at 2 hr mark.  Perfect.  Sorry no pics, couldn't wait to eat it.
