New neighbors

A month or so ago I posted information regarding land for sale.  I share a boarder on part of this property.  Several weeks ago I spoke with a guy who was interested in the land.  We had a long conversation covering many aspects of the land and surrounding properties.  He sounded like a real nice young man with many of the same hunting practices as we have.  I think I may have influenced him a bit when I sent him pictures from several previous years hunts.  He bought the entire 200 acres that were for sale which is good for us as it is just one party rather than 2 or 3 parties.  Looking forward to working with him on improving the deer herd in the area.

To clarify, the land being sold was not mine, but land ajacent to mine.  Other than having some influence on the buyer, I get nothing from this sale.  No money in the bank, at least for me.  Maybe I should get part of the sales commission.
