hopefully I can get some help with all your knowledge. I stuffed some summer sausage on Sunday and ran out of time to get it in the smoker so far.  how long can I keep it in the fridge until hitting the smoker. I am sure its going to take longer given its 15 degrees out now and getting home at 5 at night doesn't help much.  can it wait until tomorrow to go in the smoker?  thanks!!

ive waited up to 2 days, anylonger than that i would freeze it. its got cure in the mix i assume, but if ya cant get to with in 2 days of stuffin id freeze it, its already sat over night to cure and meld the mix.
