Hey Boar, I just made your sausage along with some fried taters, that was a dang good breakfast!!!  the sausage was a good grind and an excellent flavor(seasoning)...  I look forward to eating the left over!!!!!  thanks again!!!

I have to say the smoke flavor was out standing too!!!!
