Take a head of garlic, open up about cor to five cloves, slightly crush wrap in coffee filter,, boil recommended water, and place garlic pouch into water, stir and slightly press, till you have garlic tea, the garlic water uniformily distributes evenly thrubthe meat and enhances flavor.
