  2018 NFL post-draft power rankings

                                                        Vikings ranked#1
1. MINNESOTA VIKINGS
Minnesota has the ingredients to be both the best team in the NFL (prolific quarterback, dynamic offense, stifling defense) and an early playoff flameout (a quarterback who shrinks in the spotlight, a new offensive coordinator and a history of soul-crushing playoff defeats), which aren't mutually exclusive, of course.

                                                         Bears ranked #28
28. CHICAGO BEARS
If Mitch Trubisky can make half the leap in year No. 2 that Carson Wentz and Jared Goff did last season, then Chicago might put together a respectable season under new head coach Matt Nagy.

From that same article...

4. GREEN BAY PACKERS
When was the last time the two best teams in a conference were in the same division? In the past 10 years, it's only happened once: Seattle and San Francisco went 13-3 and 12-4, respectively, in the 2013 NFC West. If Green Bay's new defensive coordinator Mike Pettine can improve the unit (and a healthy Aaron Rodgers on offense automatically helps the D a little), maybe the Pack and the Vikings could put up the same kind of 1-2 punch in the 2018 North.

Here are some draft grades - because we all know how important and accurate they are...

                   Vikes  Bears  Lions  Pack
CBS Sports           B-     A      B     B+
Bleacher Report      B      A      C     A-
Sports Illustrated   B      A      B     A

So Da Bears get all A's for their draft, but still end up 28th in the power rankings.
