So I just read in the Outdoor News that there may be some changes on SD Border waters.  Big Stone, Traverse etc.  SD does not close some of their seasons and MN may do the same on those border waters.  HHmmm.  SD also is looking at what rules they can drop that aren't needed anymore.  (now there is a good idea)  They are wanting to change the possession rules on fish.  There will be no possession limit at your permanent residence.  You still cannot have more than a possession limit while traveling or staying at a resort etc.  Interesting.

And I'll bet there are plenty of folks that operate this way already.
