What a fun game.  When they had us down I told my brothers that we had them right where we wanted them.  All set up for a great comeback.  I liked all 3 QBs for what they were.  The whole team had a lot of heart and that is the biggest thing!

The pc I read on it said that money shouldn't really be a problem either, as the Vikings have somewhere around $14.3 million in cap space. Gilmore & Flores were together in NE for 2 years too.

There is that and...  the Vikes (hopefully) have enough cap space to sign him, but probably not enough to park a Brinks truck in his driveway and keep him from talking to other teams.  They always say, "Don't let him leave the building without signing," but I've never understood that from a player perspective.  If he is intent on finding his best option, why wouldn't he visit his other options.     He's got time, because Glenn's right...  who wants to play in the preseason.

They have $14.3+ million in cap space, which should be more than enough. He's also 33, so he might want a longer-term deal than the Vikes are sure they would like to give him. He's said he'd like to stay in Dallas & he's also hinted that he'd be interested in playing for Carolina & NE, both of which he's played for before.
