Four days of steady hard blow, really took a toll on the leaves.  Some maples and a few oaks are holding on but most took a beating the past four days.

Always a little sad to see but it happens. Any tamaracks around your neck of the woods deadeye? Heading nort to Canada next weekend so hoping they're still colored up.

Yes, we planted some a few years ago.  As of today, most are brilliant yellow but some on the south facing hill are still green.  The wetter the ground, the farther along they seem to be.
