(I don't want to be entered in the contest)

Crayon on the Walls: WD-40 will remove crayon from painted walls. *any WD-40 residue will come off using soapy water & a rag

No Mice holes: Fabric softener sheets in your portable when put away for the summer will help keep the mice out!

Door gaskets: Silicone spray-sprayed on a rag then wiped on your gaskets around your car/truck doors will keep them from drying out.

Pet Urine on Carpet: First, blot up what you can with paper towels. Then, with warm, soapy water and a clean cloth, blot the area clean; rinse with clean water; blot until dry. Next, combine 1/3 cup white vinegar with 2/3 cup water and dab it on stain; rinse with clean water; blot until dry. Once the area is totally dry (at least 24 hours), sprinkle entire carpet with baking soda or rug deodorizer; vacuum after a few hours.

Mounting Decals (Like the MNO decal)
Take a small spray bottle, mix water and a small amount of dish soap in it.  Do not shake it until foamy-just so it is mixed will do.  Spray the intended area with this to clean it thoroughly.  Then wipe the area dry, check for dirt/grease/grime.  Clean again if necessary.

You could use masking tape to lay out the outline of the decal placement or simply eyeball it as well.   Before applying the decal, spray the surface with the soap/water mix again.  Leave it, and peel the backing off of the decal.  Place the decal directly on top of the sprayed surface (wet).   With the decal placed on the wet surface-you can alter it's placement slightly until it's just right where you want it!  Then using a credit card or drivers license (be sure the card is smooth-no jagged edges) squeegee the decal lightly-forcing out the soap/water mix as well as any air bubbles.

Picture holes in Wall: Before you move out of that apartment or dorm room, fill the pinholes in the walls created from hanging pictures with spackling compound or toothpaste (if your the poor college student).

*As more come to mind, I'll add them here.  ;)
