They must've been holding a sign like this when they introduced it. A lot like the new bill in Florida about teens posting a pic of a gun to social media they can go to jail.   No wonder these politicians can't get anything done while they're in session , they're too busy with  stuff like this.

PWC Hours of Operation: PWCs cannot be operated on any MN body of water before 9:30 am and must be off the water ONE HOUR BEFORE sunset. The sunset time table used for enforcement of this restriction is published in the DNR Boat Operators Manual. You can also easily Google the sunset time for your area.

Doesn't really matter, GrandpaTom. Legal shmegal. Those buzzbombs are detested by the fisherman down here on the river, at least every one I've ever known. It's the riders that have no respect for others that cause it, hence the restrictions, IMO.

I agree guys, the resort next door doesn't allow them but will sell 'em gas so we have a few come in here. The other resort on this end has 1 they rent out but that doesn't come in the bay much. A couple private places have 'em but they are generally looked down on  as the operators are usually doing nothing but causin trouble with others trying to enjoy the lake.

Yeah, the way that reads it could mean it could includes boats too, that would never fly in Mn. Be surprised if it's not  off the floor there too. I see 2 or 3 putting in at our PA before daylight every week between Memorial Day & Labor Day. As many going out after sunset too.
