This should warm ya up on these chilly Fall days. I bet ya could do this in a crock pot, too.

                Reb’s Beef Soup

1 ¼  lbs trimmed, cubed beef stew meat or round steak
32 oz (1 carton) UNSALTED beef stock, 1/2 carton (2 cups) UNSALTED beef broth  (Or 2 cups of water with 1 Tbsp beef bouillon mixed in.)
1 cup chopped (sliced) baby carrots
1 cup chopped celery (sliced)
2 med potatoes, any kind, peeled and cut into cubes
1 large onion, quartered into 1/4 strips
½ tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp rosemary
1 tsp seasoned salt
Dash garlic powder
2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
Ground black pepper

Cook beef, worcestershire, and onions in a large pot, over med-low heat, until beef is almost done. While that is cooking, microwave carrots, celery , and potatoes in a covered glass bowl until almost tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour stock over beef; add veggies, seasoned salt, pepper,  rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Simmer 30 minutes over low heat.
Enjoy!

I still have about 6 lbs of that supposed beef country style ribs..  Nothing to do with ribs..  Maybe it is chuck which I really like.  Maybe I will use some of that and make your beef stew.   :happy1:

Great recipe Reb!!  Boneless beef ribs are not really ribs at all or even close to the short rib plate.  They are mostly cut from the beef bnls arm roast.  Can be great for soup though.  Have to be marinated for the grill.  That was for LPS since he has some.  good luck.

Thank RH.  I have been wondering how to get them tender. On the grill would be fun to do. Or crockpot??

if you grilled them on charcoal, then make your soup or stew you'd have that grilled charcoal flavor also. :happy1: :happy1:
