just seen this on MSN's home page that the press bar went up in flames. from the picture looks like a complete loss!!

you may remember seeing on the news a while back someone was stabbed to death there. this is downtown st cloud and a very popular college hangout but you'll never see me there after dark. its really close to the rivers edge convention center. seems any trouble that makes the news starts in that area.

however there are some pretty good eating places in that area!!!!!

was really surprised by the news saturday when, well Reb sent it to me first, so i did a bit of searching and seen  that one of the owners was arrested for arson... crazy.

it sure is amazing how these people can come into a situation like that and find where the fire started, what was used to start the fire along with finding other evidence.

Use to go there once in a while about 40 years ago. The attached bar named "The Pub" use to have nickel tap beers for a few hours in the afternoon on weekdays.

i went there a few times to, years back. nowadays you wouldnt catch me in that area after dark.

I spent time chasin in the area years back,wilst shooting weekends at Del Tone gun range just south of town always had good night life,then the somalis moved in,town  took a shetz,sad

article in the paper this morning says the owners where going through or are divorced and part of the divorce was selling the bar. it also said they must of owned some other properties and there was a mechanics lien on that property. of course the guys lawyer said he's innocent and will prove it in court if need be!!!!!!

not about the press bar, but drove buy the Ultimate sports bar the other day. burnt down last year. the new building is coming along pretty good!!!!!!!
