where can i find it on a Polaris 500 HO  4x4 ?

If I remember right , it is up under the front fender about the middle of the machine.

It's too late now to call him but my cousin will know for sure, he is a field tester for Polaris so I will call him tomorrow(Thursday).

looked high and low this weekend did't find one ....

all i found was breaker boxs..

Iceman, I finialy got to talk to my cousin.

He is all but positive it is under the front center panel .
You have to remove the rack and that center panel to ge to it.

He also said it you are having starter problem like it won't start all of the sudden, that it could be the fusable link they have in the battery line.
There are other fusable links in the system as well, you just have to trouble shoot it and test the different conections to pin point what one is blown.

Hope this helps you out, you can try to get ahold of Labs for me here or at LSF to see if he still has the 500HO manual I sold with the wheeler he bought from me.

Benny thanks for all your help but there's no fuse box there ...

the problem was in a broken wire for the 4x4 that went from the speedo head to the key swich..
