Not sure why but it's been tough getting bears to consistently come to a bait.  They show up once a week at any time of the day.  Maybe later when it gets colder and more of the natural food is gone.

thats tje biggest partnofnit D E, THEY know the foods tjat get them thru the winter, everything eles is empy carbs. thats why a bait with alot of protien rich bait.

Maybe to many baits close together. How many do you have out? We tried to keep ours at least  a half a mile to a mile apart..

I have three baits out.  Shouldn't be too close as from the center bait it's .85 miles to one and .66 miles the opposite direction to the other.  The neighbors closest bait is 3/4 mile from my nearest bait.  We checked with each other to make sure we are not close.  Bears are like people, they love the empty calories.  :rotflmao:
