Went to the "Sunset" stand.  Didn't see a deer but got a nice suntan.

Years ago we made a small clearing here but never plant anything in it. 


Just waiting to ambush something.


Picture reminds me once again why I named it the "Sunset" stand.

Idon't know about you glenn but deadeye sure does holy sheep shete,makes my old recurve w/o sites feel bad.

The bow is pretty much the same as when I bought it used in 2007 from a fellow MNO member.  It's a BowTec Diamond.  I did replace the strings and arrow rest this fall.  The old arrow rest was broken and held together with moleskin tape.  :rotflmao:
This is the only bow I ever used so I cannot compare to other setups. I don't have a picture of the first deer I shot with it but below is the second deer and according to the picture I shot it in 2008.

Agreed deadeye just like a timex watch,takes a licken and keeps om ticken,wonder if timex still makes watch's? Today we all have cell phones,really no need for a watch.

I still wear a watch.  My everyday one is a Timex too.  Have had it for years.  Just put a new battery in it.
