Yeah, some folks are goona be sad that we don't have him anymore.

Ben Leiber's take...

Teddy is a better quarterback because he left the Vikes and went to New Orleans to play under Sean Payton and behind Drew Brees.  Teddy learned how to prepare like a winner and he is farther along now because of this rather than staying with the Vikes the whole time.

I'm not a Teddy fan from his Viking days. Glad to see he has bounced back from the injury.

1 of the pregame shows on Sunday had a pc on him & he said that was his biggest lesson sitting behind Brees, seein what he did before every game to get ready.

You keep saying that..........yet at the time there were no quarterbacks available that were better then him. Bridgewater is the only one left starting and at the time of the Cousins signing there was major concern Bridgewater would never take another snap in the NFL. And there hasn't been anybody better that has signed since that was less money and better then Cousins. Fact is you are a T-Jack guy. You like guys who can run around and win every other game but look good doing it. There is EXACTLY one NFL team that has had two HOF quarterbacks back to back. Thats the Peckers from next door. Even they couldn't muster more than one Super Bowl title for each of those two quarterbacks. Last I looked Brady a 6th round pick was dominating pro football for the last 12 or more years. Point is football is a team sport and Cousins is only one part of that team. He can't win games by himself he needs help from all the other positions.

I understand quarterback is the place everybody drops the blame but to be fair Spielmans failed player acquisitions and Zimmers inability to find a OC he will work with are more to blame.

It's hard to throw the ball when your gettin hit all the time. Our tackles have been playing pretty well but the guard play sucks IMO. :pouty:
