I got like 382 site replies sent to me email address?  What the heck happened and lets not do that again!  It took 10min to delete them all?  Can you check the site or my settings this never happened before.    Thanks!

Not that I am aware of. I hope I don't have to delete my membership to stop this before someone can check it out but this can't keep up!

same thing happened to me a couple years ago, HD fixed it for me...  hang in there buddy!!!

From what I can tell, is that you had to have hit the "Notify me of replies" on a certain post. This automatically turns it on in your profile. I went in there and turned it off for the moment.... but, you will have to go back and find which one, or when you reply to a post, make sure you check to make sure it's not checked.

Ok but even if I accidentally hit it on one post why would it send me like 400 other unrelated posts?  Thanks for stopping it.  I'll look back at my posts from yesterday. Also, I would think in a profile there should be a "Receive notification by email" Yes/No  like some sites have if you don't want anything sent to your home email.

Yup, there is a place in your profile to turn them on and off. Also to select which ones you want to be notified on. So, once you select to be notified, if didn't select just that one.... you will get notified about every topic you ever posted in. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like, and the list in your profile that you would be getting notifications on.
