I just bought a used, (new to me), 16.5 Lund Rebel. Now I need to by a battery charger. What do you recommend? It has 3 batteries, 1-Yahama motor, 1-trolling motor, 1-power anchor. Do I need three batteries?

depends but I would place a starter battery on the engine and maybe one other battery...  just my thinking and room...  I have the same boat...
a bad day of fishing is still better than a good day at work!!

We have 3 in our Crestliner( FH 1750), 1 marine starting battery in a compartment in back, & 2 deep cycle in front under the deck for the TM. All the boats we've had are wired so everything but the TM run off the starting battery as that charges when the outboard is running. Where is your power anchor hooked up to? They're kind of like a winch on a wheeler & those draw a lot so most run the wheeler when using the winch. As far as what charger we have this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Stanley-BC15BS-15-Amp-Car-Battery-Charger-with-40-Amp-Engine-Start-Automatic/274471418423?epid=88808

Before I sold my boat,my local marine shop told me to hard wire a battery tender to my starter  marine battery as my rig did not have onboard charging, tech guy said low amp charging on marine batteries and they just happened to have a battery tender on hand, whether I needed the tender or not (1amp draw) it was nice  knowing my start battery was fully charged before each outting.

We put an onboard charger on ours when we got it. Mainly just to help keep our deep cycle batteries charged some during a long day of fishing. It's a 3 bank but we just use 2, 1 for the starting battery & the other to the 2 deep cycles that are hooked up to run our 12 volt TM.
