USPS - you have to pay to check on them

I get an email regarding a package being sent to me. I go to the tracking tab and this is what I get. When did the post office start charging for package tracking? What's next, are they going to install locking mail boxes and you have to pay for a key!

As I read that, it says your package is "eligible" for "premium" package tracking. To me that means you can purchase the premium tracking but in this instance your not being charged for it.

alls i do is keep my recipet, if person dont get with in said time i go back and say yu guys teack it you lost it

I have gotten two messages, first UPS about a package I have not gotten and one fedex that I have not gotten either..  best part I don't recall ordering anything...

Some have had issues with stolen mail up at the lake. The idea of locking mailboxes for a fee was discussed by some but someone on the lake is friends with the Bemidji Postmaster. They were told that there's a free service we can sign up for that will tell you by email what you should be receiving that day. Personally we've had no problems but there are 2-3 places around the lake where there are groups of boxes down at the end of a road which isn't real busy, those are the boxes being messed with.
