Kabetogama Update 1/29/21

With warmer weather moving into the area we are starting to see some more activity out on the ice.  The cold snap earlier this week really shut off any bite we had been finding but things are looking up!  We found some really nice crappie in 25-30ft holes using a small gold jig and Powerbait Crappie Nibbles.  We also had good results using a Lindy Perch Talker with wax worms and minnow heads.

Walleye still seem to be finicky but best results have been using a full minnow in 20-30ft of water and changing up jig color until you find something that gets their attention.

There's still time to plan your Kabetogama fishing vacation by visiting www.icefishkab.com or calling us at 218-875-2615!
