The new 4x6 box stand has made it to the land with a bit more distance to go. Going to need some additional man power to get it to its final resting spot.
This house is completely prefab. All walls and roof come off individually and the walls are only being held in place by 10 screws. One in each corner of the wall and 6 in the floor. When we go to move it, you pop the screws and you can transport the walls, roof and floor 1 by 1 making it much easier to move through the woods. This also allows you to get the base up on posts and level, then bring the walls up 1 by 1 making it a simple 2 man job. The 6ft siding walls have a slight overhang in the horizontal allowing it to cover the end of the exposed studs of the 4ft walls for a perfect seal. I will capture more pictures of the process when it is moved again.. I was with my wife and 9 month old so it was a get er done kind of day.

Definitely some fine tuning left to go, but I have learned a lot from my previous build.

Screws in the roof are holding it down. Didn't have short screws and didn't want to split the wood.

Windows are the most fun of any home made box stand. Going with a new system for me by cutting plexi and making my own frame. For the big windows, the top will swing up and the bottom will swing down. (this is rough fit) This allows a gun hunter to open the bottom and stay warm, but you can open them both for a chance with a bow.

At the top left you can see where the roof trusses will side in for a tight fit.

Looks great. Only one improvement suggestion.  Put a window in the door.  Be careful leaving it sit on the ground-- It looks an awful lot like and outhouse.   :rotflmao:

We're living the good life now! The pre-fab deer stand has made it in the air, but unfortunately didn't get many of the action shots. 10 screws out and she was back to just wall sections. Had to disassemble to get it over the river and through the woods. Strapped a couple walls to the ranger and took it real slow.
Still need to cut a hole in the door and windows are a work in progress, but I am looking to have a couple on this weekend.

Where did you buy the stand from?  Looks  nice and warm.

I ended up building this stand myself due to the crazy costs of store bought. This build was approximately $700 - 900 depending on the current lumber costs and if people are interested, I can write up some blueprints. I would also consider building a few for a fee if people don't want to tackle it themselves.
