Been a while since I've seen birds in the back yard. But tonight, these 3 Tom's came in to eat under the bird feeders.

Saw 14 in East Bethel last week and too many to count as I was driving by in Shoreview—guessing 25 or more in that group.  Hardly saw any all winter.

Saw about 70 turkeys between Park Rapids and DL last weekend. Most still in large groups with many nice nice groups of 5-8 Toms. Fairly mild winter so I am optimistic the numbers are up.

Turkeys amaze me how far they have come in this state. The DNR didn't think they would survive much past SW mn where they started them.  :confused:  Soon they will be like Hogs down south!   :rotflmao:
