I have ordered both guns and ammo online with no issues, but Cooper is correct about the credit card thing.  As long as the site accepts credit cards, you can dispute the charges if things don't go as planned.
Yup, credit card or Pay Pal is the only way I do anything online, that way I can dispute the transaction & most likely get my $ back.

#MeToo

My gun was retired for several years, but I broke it out after my father passed.  My effective range isn't the same as my scoped 30.06, but getting to sit in a tree all day with that old gun again is worth the trade-off.

I am starting to get anxious about my 30.06 supply.  There is a school of thought that a box and a half should be a lifetime supply for me at this point, but that ain't how things always work out.

Who knew that 30.06 (and other rifle calibers) would be totally absent from shelves for two years and counting...

I think that is the biggest part of the problem now.  Based on what I see on the shelves, I see no sign of the ammo shortage coming to an end.  Buy 'em when you can.

With Kamala in charge of the country, or God knows who, because it sure as $#!T ain't Sippy Cup, it is a valid question to ask...  will there ever be ammo again?

They can't take away the guns (yet), but they can strangle the ammo supply and tax it like it is gold.

Federal Excise Tax:  $75

But....primers are just as hard to come by now as the shells yer reloading.  :doofus:
(So my buddies told me, anyway) I haven't reloaded for years. Always did, though.

Like our store ammo supply, reloading supplies are absent from store shelves most everywhere.except for we hoarders could see what was coming,we stocked up for years,I know I started in the obummer years.

I think most stuff is starting to trickle in. You just have to in the right place at the right time. I’ve been able to find most of what I’m looking for. I have plenty of primers, and just picked up 2000 more yesterday.
The hardest thing for me to find is .357 magnum cases. I think once’s hunting season is over we will start seeing more hunting ammo on the shelves. Most of the summer L & M had a good supply of shot shells, now that hunting season is here the shelves are bare.
