Been one sighted here twice on the outskirts of town. Person even posted pics.
Sure as heck looked like a cougar to me...and it IS bluff country around here. Animal Control says it wasn't a cougar. However, the three glamour girls that make up our animal control and made that statement couldn't tell a cougar apart from Garfield.  :coffee:

And here is Rochester's Animal Control Board meeting now to decide if Cougars should be protected within Rochester City Limits...
