Corn and Black Bean Salsa

 Corn, tomatoes, onion, and peppers are all from my garden. Might have to buy some Roma tomatoes now. Peppers and onions I don't measure. Just eyeball until it looks right. Might have to add a little more Cumin. Let it sit in the fridge overnight to let flavors meld. Grandkids really like this one.

2 cups Frozen Corn that has been thawed
1 can of black beans , rinsed and drained
1/3 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons minced jalapeño (Don't add this if you don't like it spicy)
1/3 cup chopped bell pepper (I have them vacuumed sealed in my freezer.)
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon canola oil

my daughter makes one similar.......its really tasty, but i dont understand the adding corn?????????
