Well, maybe it's a tradition just for me if that's possible. I usually spend New Year's Day putting all my hunting gear to bed for the winter. Rifles, Bows, Cameras, and hunting clothes. It's usually a bit sad and happy at the same time knowing that I was able to get out hunting many, many times this fall and winter. Clean and lube stuff to make sure it's ready for next year. I usually try to get out hunting on New Year's Eve (today) but it just didn't work out this year. Next up, turkey hunting this spring.
