I understand there is such a thing as climate change. A person only needs to look at the melting glaciers. However how does that explain the wind? It seems to me it has been unusually windy the last couple of years. Are we just in a weather cycle? Wind has a big effect on forest fires, dries everything out and then pushes the flames. Dry soil requires more irrigation to grow crops. Seems all the reservoirs out west are drying up, some of this caused by the water evaporation from the wind.

Don't post a bunch of scientific data because frankly it puts me to sleep. Just give me your gut feeling on why the winds are so constant and strong.

We should concede the hot air factor from Glenn contributes also.
