I would like to try it.  Years ago it was common for restaurants in the New Orleans area to have shark delivered in the wee hours so noone saw it and then they cut it into fillets the same thickness as scallops.  They would then use a cookie cutter type of thing and cut scallops out of the fillets.  It was finally found out so not as common as it used to be.  But taste wise it faked most people out.

I do think it was cool that he had two cameras rolling to film his own demise in case the shark was hungry for a little snack.

Watch: Shark Attacks and Pulls Angler Overboard in Florida Everglades/  The link has the video.

A recent video out of Florida shows the terrifying moment an angler was attacked by a shark in Everglades National Park. According to the Instagram caption, the man was rinsing his hand in murky waters when the shark breached the surface and latched on. It then yanked him overboard while his fellow fisherman screamed and scrambled to pull him back on deck.

"We're goona need a bigger boat!"

Watch a Kayak Fisherman Accidentally Catch a Great White Shark

After the fish takes back more line, Austin’s head-mounted camera catches an incredible shot of the shark breaching several yards in front of the kayak. “That’s a porpoise,” he mistakenly concludes after getting a quick, adrenaline-infused glimpse of the leaping fish at the end of his line. “I’ve got to let that go.”

... [later] biologists at the New England Aquarium in Boston had identified his quarry as a great white shark. “They estimate it to be between 6 to 8 feet long weighing between 200 to 250 pounds,” he wrote.

If there weren't any sharks on the carcass before, there will be now.
