I was in their building/house/office a few years ago. 2 story and it is packed with stuff.  Desks, chairs, etc.  Busy place.  Sad to see this happen and hope everything turns out ok.

Sad indeed. Anytime there is a loss of life it's not good. Building is a total loss.

Covid, flood & now this this. Tough time on Rainy Lake lately.

Oh no.  I wondered how it started?

Oh no.  I wondered how it started?

Fire Marshall is pouring over things now. I would think his findings will be out in a couple of weeks. From what I understand that building was really old and had been remodeled several times. It also was built over the top of boulders so it was a chimney effect once it started.
Deceased was a mother of one of the owners who was in a wheelchair, severely injured was her daughter who went back into the building to try and save mom. Also a 12 year old injured but not severely. Couple of firefighters had heat exhaustion but are expected to be fine.

Covid, floods, fire. Please say a prayer for the family as they try to heal from this.
