Got a whole hundredth at the ranch. Sidewalk was wet where it's the shade all day. Was a little band of showers that crawled up I-35 this a.m. Don't think it affected Bugtussle.

Just came in from mowing with that mower.  Was hot as heck and as soon as I got off the mower the wind dropped to nothing.  The wife started a fire but we are inside.  Now the wind came back up so may try a cocktail by the fire in the shade.  LOL  All the good things in life.

Started raining here about 10 minutes ago. The storm clouds skirted just west of LPS and came up to us from the SE. Wish I would have cracked the whip last weekend and made her spread some grass seed in the bare spots. 😁
Hey look your bobber is up!

Amazing that she didn't just do that on her own.

Been watching the sky this afternoon & listening to the rumbling. Went back into town to get some groceries about 3:30. Water standing all over west of the golf course. A mile and a half away in town, nothing. Same thing at the ranch before I left. I has rained some at home since then but nothing like the standing water I saw earlier.

Dutch said you were going to get wailed on so keep us abreast of the situation.  Abreast, I like that word.

NWS is saying more expected here than initially predicted, ~ 1.25" before it's over with. That would be a nice rain although roony will almost certainly get more than that... :pouty:

Could be some heavier stuff tomorrow so looking like BTT50's will be happening on Sunday whether we want it to or not. In the meantime waiting for it to cool down so I can get the fertilizer spread. Has cooled to 82 in Owatonna. Still 90 here.

We have gotten a little over an inch today. Supposed to rain all day tomorrow and into Sunday. We needed it.
