We had a light rain here when we went to town & when we came home. We had ~.25" in our gauge. We hit a nice steady rain leaving DR & it kept that up the entire time we were in GR. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they didn't get 1" + there yday.

Was cutting the branches off of the boxelder that fell and it started raining.  Rained pretty good for maybe 20 minutes.  Had to take a break.

Sprinkled just hard enough for me to quit cutting wood.  Now it is coming down harder.  SO just a nice light rain.

We barely got enough to get the deck wet.  Went back to work on the tree that is haunting me.

Its been miss and hit all over.  We got a 1" downpour yesterday, which was only the 2nd 1" rainfall since when...  early spring?     Other than that, the showers we had barely got the cement wet.

Yes he does. He needs to share.   :rotflmao:

Same song different verse. Large hail, damaging winds with up to an inch of rain forecast then nothin'. It's cooled down so that could buy us some time but eventually, it's gonna need to rain. Be a long summer watering stuff if it doesn't. Amazed the garden looks as good as it does despite the lack of rain.

Back in the early 80's, was frost on July 4th on the roof a guy's car in Calvin ND where I was having a beer. It is the only month in Waseca MN where frost has never been recorded.
